Gebhard Woods RaffleOnce again the Gebhard Woods Festival will be sponsoring a raffle. In addition to the dozens of prizes and winners at the final drawing on Sunday, there will be a new feature this year: every hour on the hour one ticket will be drawn from the raffle cage, and the winner will receive his choice of either an official Gebhard Woods T-shirt or a CD from the CD sales booth. All winning tickets will then be reinserted into the raffle cage prior to the final drawing on Sunday, thereby giving everyone a chance to win again. In prior years "early-bird" raffle tickets were sold at the Harding sampler concert at "two for the price of one." As an alternative this year, tickets will be available in multiple lots, beginning at a dollar each, and going down to 50 cents each. The more tickets you buy, the less each one costs! Stop at the raffle booth near the festival entrance and help make this raffle a memorable one! And since both a name and phone number need to be on every ticket, we suggest that you bring some return address labels from home in order to make this easier. |
