WAYS TO SUPPORT THE FESTIVAL

Your financial nurturance is the foundation of life and health of our festival. There is no single source of income which, by itself, can completely fund this unique event. It is the combination of gate donations, sustaining memberships, sponsoring memberships and private efforts which together can keep the festival alive and well. Following are direct ways of helping assure its future.

I. DONATION AT THE GATE

Make the suggested donation posted at the HANDS BOOTH (entrance gate area) when you attend the festival. This is the easiest, most basic way of active support for the wonder of live music.

II. JOIN "FRIENDS OF THE FESTIVAL"

Become a Contributing Member

Your contributions are the foundation funds for sustaining and perpetuating the festival. As a 501 (C)3 not-for-profit festival, your gift is tax deductible. Following are suggested categories of Contributing Memberships:

Contributions may be made "in honor of" or "in memory of" a friend or loved one.

 

Become a Sponsoring Member

A sponsor chooses to defray the cost of specific items necessary for conducting the festival. These include equipment, furnishings, rentals, services and hospitality supplies. Following are items available for sponsorship for this year's festival:

Benefits of Contributing and Sponsoring Memberships

A letter acknowledging and confirming your tax deductable gift will be sent to you.

In Addition, your name or your organization's name will be printed in the Festival Program Book.

Sponsoring Members will also be listed on the website, unless you prefer to remain annonymous.

III. Design your own Sponsoring Event or Activity

A. Host a House Concert, Tea or Coffee gathering.

B. Sponsor a matching funds challenge grant.
